Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process within your eligible trial period.

  Sleep Trial Evaluation

  For mattresses, we require a 30-day break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the organic materials before a return can be finalized.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with a local non-profit organization or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping or white-glove delivery fees.
